Czech police launched a criminal probe against the former head of the Prague Jewish community. The Czech News Agency reported that the complaint against Tomas Jelinek, which includes charges of breach of trust and abuse of personal data, is being investigated. Jelinek said the case is part of a strategy to discredit him by opponents who he insists illegally pushed him out of office last November.
