The Czechoslovak Government will no longer issue transit visas for Rumanian Jews who seek to enter other countries in Europe or Palestine via Czechoslovakia, it was revealed here today by L. Balzan, HIAS director. All such transit visas already issued in Rumania by Czechoslovak consulates there have been cancelled, he stated.
