The Jewish Community of Czernowitz, the capital of Bukovina, has sent a telegram to the Prime Minister, Professor Jorga, and to the Minister of the Interior, M. Argetoianu, protesting against the decision to dissolve the Community on the accusation that it is engaged in politics. Speaking in the name of all the Jewish Parties represented in the Community, the telegram says, we declare that the Community does not engage in politics and that the charge is false and malicious. A delegation has also been sent to Bucharest to intervene personally with the Prime Minister.
