The local newspapers are giving a great deal of notoriety to the Washington Zionists for the rental of their hall for a communist meeting. The owner of the hall has as a consequence cancelled the lease of the Zionists. The Zionists declare the communists got the hall under false pretenses.

According to the newspapers, James P. Cannon, Chairman of the Workers Party who was the speaker at the meeting defended the Soviet action in executing the Catholic Vicar General.
