The authorities of the Free City have decided not to admit any of the Russian and Ukrainian Jews who are being departed from Poland. A detachment of the refugees arriving at the railroad station yesterday was not permitted to enter the city. Aged men, women and children formed part of the refugee contingent. A committee for the relief of the refugees has been organized by Jewish visitors at Zopot, a watering place near here.
