David Horovitz, editor of the Jerusalem Report magazine, will become editor of the Jerusalem Post newspaper. On Oct. 1, Horovitz will replace Bret Stephens as Post editor in chief, the Hollinger publishing conglomerate announced this week. The handover comes amid an embezzlement scandal and top-echelon shakeup at Hollinger.
