David Kimche, the Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was engaged in all-day meetings at the State Department Thursday. He held a meeting in the morning with Lawrence Eagleburger, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, and then was Eagleburger’s guest at a luncheon at Eagleburger’s apartment.
