Funeral services will be held here tomorrow morning for David K. Niles, executive assistant to Presidents Roosevelt and Truman, who died here this week-end at the age of 63. The son of Russian immigrants to the U.S., Mr. Niles went to Washington in 1932 shortly after President Roosevelt’s election and remained a trusted assistant to both Presidents until his death. (From Jerusalem, Israel Ambassador Abba S. Eban today cabled condolences to the sister of David Niles.)
