David Schweitzer, representative of the Hias-Ica Emigration Association, left here today by plane for London. He spent the last eleven months in Turkey and Palestine in connection with emigration activities. Before departing, he told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that he was gratified at the harmonious relations which have been established between the Jewish Agency and the Association.
