Charles E. Dawes, Vice-President of the United States, and Curtis D. Wilbur, Secretary of the Navy, will be among the speakers at the fourth biennial convention of the Jewish Welfare Board which will be held at the Jewish Community Center in Washington on Sunday, December 16th, Justice Irving Lehman, president, announced.
The sessions will be concluded with a banquet at the Jewish Community Center Building, at which Maurice D. Rosenberg will preside.
