A Defense Ministry spokesman said today that Defense Minister Moshe Dayan’s visit to the United States next month is on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal and will be concerned exclusively with UJA matters. The statement was a denial of press reports here today that Gen. Dayan will meet with Nixon administration and Pentagon officials at “the highest level” for discussions of U.S.-Israel relations and U.S. military supplies to Israel. Gen. Dayan will be in the U.S. for a month. The spokesman said no political meetings have been arranged for Dayan in the U.S.
