At the same time that M. Soft-shell visits Israel, an Israeli delegation will visit the Sahara, according to plans announced here today. The Israelis are interested primarily in methods used in the Sahara to get the greatest benefits from deep wells or streams, as well as in the problems facing nomads in the Sahara.
