A report which seems to be substantially backed circulated today says that the money panic in Poland has caused the Sejm leaders to go slow about the pushing of the Numerus Clausus measure.
Political leaders are said now to favor delay of the percentage norm legislation until the Fall session fearing that the disriminatory measure may aggravate the financial difficulty.
