An Arab League diplomatic delegation headed by Syrian Ambassador Farid Zeineddine today met for an hour with Henry A. Byroade, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, and later told reporters that questions of common interest involving the United States and the Arabs had been discussed, but that the subjects covered did not concern Israel or aid.
