A joint demand of labor and Zionist Executive members that the government employ Jews in the municipal works in Jerusalem was presented today to the High Commissioner and other members of the government.
The High Commissioner, in the presence of Civil Secretary H.C. Luke, received the members of the Zionist Executive and labor leaders at the government office where the demand was submitted.
