Interior Minister Armand Calinescu today ordered issuance of special travelling certificates to Jews who have been deprived of their citizenship under the revision of citizenships decreed by King Carol. The validity of these documents, it was stated, will not be extended by the home authorities or consulates. Meanwhile, the Palestine-Rumanian Chamber of Commerce here was dissolved.
