Dennis Ross was expected to meet with Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat on Sunday as the U.S. envoy continued to investigate whether President Clinton should convene another Israeli-Palestinian summit. Ross previously met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amre Moussa in Alexandria, Egypt, where compromise proposals on Jerusalem were reportedly discussed.
