Reports abroad that a terrorist organization known as the “Black Hand” had been organized in Iraq, directed against the Jews, were described today as erroneous.
The Jewish National Council, which is keeping in close contact with Baghdad, said the “Black Hand” was a general terrorist organization, not aimed especially against the Jews.
