Deportees May Be Taken to British Zone of Germany if They Balk at Disembarking

Amid rumors that the 4,500 Exodus refugees would be taken to the British zone of Germany or a British colonial possession if they refused to disembark in France, representatives of the Jewish Agency today called on the Celonial Office for the third time this week to protest against the deportation of the visaless Jews and demand their return to Palestine.

A final government decision is expected to be taken tomorrow afternoon. Early today a Foreign Office spokesman said that the deportation vessels were not ex##ted to dock before the week-end.

(A report from Jerusalem tonight said that two immigrant ships carrying a ##al of about 2,000 Jews are headed for Palestine, shadowed by British air and ##val craft.)
