Deputy Isaac Schipper was elected president of the Jewish Emigrant Society in Poland at its annual meeting held here yesterday. According to the report submitted at the meeting, the society had an income of 130,000 Zlotys and expenditures of 136,000. Sixty thousand prospective emigrants were aided by the society during the year 1925.
