Hershl Weinapel, a young Polish Jew, has been arrested here and charged with bigamy.
Weinapel left a wife and children behind when he emigrated from Poland, and married a young Chilean woman here. Recently his family arrived from Poland, but Weinapel would take no notice of them, whereupon the first Mrs. Weinapel brought charges against her husband, who was then arrested. He faces a five-year prison term.
