Francios De Tessan, member of the French Chamber of Deputies, today urged world Jewry to support the ORT program of vocational and agricultural training as a permanent solution to the problem of the uprooted and economically dislocated Jews. M. De Tessan, who sails June 6 on the Ile de France after a five-week visit in the United States spoke at a farewell luncheon given at the Lawyers’ Club by George Backer, President of the American ORT Federation.
