Detroit Trial Hits Fascism As World Peril

Fascism was placed on trial here tonight when outstanding liberals, Jews and non-Jews, addressed a large assembly at as Technical High School

With Larry Davidow acting as president judge, the meeting, held under the auspices of the Detroit Labor Conference Against Fascism, was addressed by the following:

Attorney General Patrick H. O’Brien of the State of Michigan, as chief counsel against Fascism; Nicholas Old, upholding the case against Italian Fascism; Arthur Bishop, the case against Fascism; Nicholas Old, upholding the case against Italian Fascism; Arthur Bishop, the case against Austrian Fascism; Rabbi Leon fram, the case against German Fascism. Frank X. Martel, president of the Detroit Federation of Labor, Strongly advocated the boycott against German-made goods in one of the concluding addresses.
