Dickstein and Weiss Resign Congressional Seats, Assuming Judicial Posts

Congressmen Samuel Dickstein of New York and Samuel Weiss of Pennsylvania announced today that they are resigning from the House of Representatives to assume judicial posts. Bickstein was elected last November to the New York State Supreme Court bench, while Weiss won a seat on the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County.
