The ceremonies inaugurating President Itzhak Ben Zvi second term as Israel’s chief of state, which began last Wednesday when he formally took the oath of office, were completed today with a diplomatic reception at the President’s residence at which he received the congratulations of the heads of all the diplomatic missions here.
At an earlier reception, President Ben Zvi received the members of the Knesset, the presiding justices of the courts, the religious and cultural leaders of the country and the heads of the minority communities.
