Concern was expressed here today over the whereabouts of Issay Dobrowen, famous German-Jewish conductor, who was in Norway at the time of the Nazi invasion. Dobrowen, was scheduled to conduct the first few concerts of the Palestine Symphony Orchestra. An immigration certificate for him and his family was dispatched to his Norwegian residence shortly before the invasion but arrived too late.
