The delegation of the Dominican Republic at the United Nations will raise before the U. N. Security Council the question of Soviet anti-Semitism, it was announced here by Generalissimo Rafael L. Trujillo, former Dominican President and now head of his country’s delegation to the United Nations. He said that his country is willing to admit 25,000 Jewish refugees from the Iron Curtain countries.
