Don Seitz, well known journalist, presided at a lecture given Friday night by Doug Brinkley at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Before the lecture Seitz was asked to identify the sponsors of the affair. This he professed himself unable to do.
“Is it possible that Brinkley, who is recognized as a Nazi propagandist, is speaking under the auspices of a Brooklyn Nazi group?” he was asked.
To which Seitz replied, “The Jews are easily scared. I presided three weeks ago at a Brinkley lecture at Town Hall. He gives a fair clear, decent, honest and good picture of Germany.”
