Dozens of congressional representatives had a letter inscribed in their names in a Torah scroll commemorating U.S. and Israeli victims of terrorism. At least 60 senators and congressmen from both parties lined up Thursday in the Senate wing’s Mansfield room to have letters inscribed in their names by a sofer stam, or Torah scribe.
