Dozens of Israeli settlers said they would not evacuate an illegal outpost in the West Bank. On Sunday, settlers who gathered at the site near Hebron declared their intention to remain there, located along a route linking Kiryat Arba with the Tomb of the Patriarchs that has been the scene of previous terrorist attacks.
