Dr. Abba Hillel Silver, chairman of the United Palestine Appeal in America, today reached London to confer with Dr. Weizmann and other Zionist leaders on important Zionist problems and to assist in the launching of the Keren Hayesod campaign in England. It is expected that Dr. Silver well have an opportunity to discuss Palestine questions with a number of leading British statesmen.
