Dr. Ferdinand Baumgarten, outstanding international lawyer and member of The Hague Tribunal, died here last night at the age of 62. He was buried today in the Jewish Cemetery in Knerepes.
Members of the Cabinet and of the Parliament attended the funeral. Chief Rabbi Hevesi of Hungary officiated.
Dr. Baumgarten was considered an international expert on economics. Messages of condolence were received by his family from statesmen and lawyers of numerous countries.
