Dr. Felix S. Cohen, a widely-known specialist on immigration matters and a champion of the rights of American Indians, died here yesterday. He was a son of the philosopher, Dr. Morris Raphael Cohen. Dr. Felix Cohen held a number of posts in the Departments of Interior and Justice.
