Dr. John H. Garlock, surgeon of Mount Sinai, who is now in Israel as medical consultant to the Israeli Government, was nominated for the office of president-elect of the Medical Society of the County of the County of New York, largest component unit of the American Medical Association. The nomination took place at a meeting of the society last night at the New York Academy of Medicine. Elections will be held at the annual meeting of the society on May 26.
