Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, conferred with West German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer here today on means of improving and expediting the Bonn program for indemnification of individual victims of Nazism. They also discussed problems in connection with the reparations agreement between West Germany and the State of Israel and the Claims Conference.
Yesterday, Dr. Goldmann saw Finance Minister Fritz Schaeffer and Heinrich von Brentano, Minister for Foreign Affairs, on amendments to the Federal Indemnification Law. Tomorrow, he will meet with Erich Ollenhauer, leader of the Social Democratic Party, and other top members of the party.
