Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the Jewish Agency, who flew back to the United States today, declared here that during his stay in Paris he discussed various Jewish problems with French Foreign Minister Pineau. He also conferred with the Minister for Moroccan Affairs.
Referring to his meetings in West Germany with Chancellor Dr. Konrad Adenauer and Finance Minister Dr. Eritz Schaffer, with whom he discussed the problem of speeding up indemnification for individual victims of the Nazis, Dr. Goldmann said that his request was met with much understanding by the leader’s of the government.
