Dr. Hans Goslar, the Jewish head of the Prussian government press department delivered an address from the government radio station on the subject of Mosaic ethics.

He reminded his listeners of the Jewish law which says if a stranger sojourns in the land, do not vex him.

Dr. Goslar has been chief of the government press department for the past twelve years. Recently, he was compelled to take a vacation from his post for an indefinite period.
