Dr. Harry Shay, a prominent Jewish physician who had been chief of the gastrointestinal clinic of the old Jewish Hospital here, and latterly headed the Fels Research Institute at Temple University, died last night. He was 65. The author of some 300 papers on cancer, nutrition, physiology and gastroenterology, Dr. Shay was the recipient of many outstanding prizes in his field.
