Dr. Irving F. Reichert, rabbi of Temple Emanu-El, San Francisco, was elected president of the Board of Jewish Ministers of Southern California, at the annual meeting. He succeeds Rabbi Elliot M. Burstein, who was president for three years. Rabbi Norman Goldburg of Sacramento was elected vice-president, and Rabbi Michael Fried of San Francisco named secretary-treasurer.
