Dr. Israel Klabin, head of the multi-millionaire Klabin family. who owns various industrial enterprises in Brazil including the largest paper mill in the country. said that the Arab decision last week to blacklist his firms is “an-intolerable interference into the business of a Brazilian firm.” Klabin. who was reacting to a report from Beirut, said his firms had never done business with Arab countries. An Arab boycott has also been instituted against two non-Jewish firms that produce soft drinks because their trade marks contain symbols looking like the Star of David. The two firms “Brahma” and “Antartica.” have never done business with foreign countries.
