Dr. Lee K. Frankel. one of the American members of the Jewish Agency Palestine Survey Commission, arrived here yesterday on his way back from Palestine where he made an extensive study of the situation.
Upon his arrival here Dr. Frankel conferred with Dr. Oscar Wassermann. general manager of the Deutsche Bank of Berlin. German member of the Commission.
Jacob Lippman. father of Walter Lippmann chief editorial writer for The World died in his seventy-first year. He was born in New York City. November 7. 1856 and was graduated from the College of the City of New York in the class of 1876. He retired from business about twenty years ago.
