Dr. Lothan Richter, a refugee from Nazi Germany, has been appointed professor of German literature at Dalhousie University, it was announced today.
Professor Richter is a noted scholar and authority. He was attached to the German ministry of labor for thirteen years. He is the author of numerous books on social and political subjects.
