Dr. Louis L. Mann, Rabbi of Sinai Temple of Chicago, has been elected vice-president of the newly-organized Young People’s Civic Council. The organization was formed for the purpose of developing civic consciousness of young citizens. An attempt will be made to organize a citizenship movement in young people’s groups throughout the city.
