Dr. David Lwowitch, leader of the World ORT Organization, which is conducting the work of promoting artisanship and colonization among Jews, returned today from his trip to Moscow where he investigated the possibilities of settling Jews in Biro-Bidjan. He is sailing on the Manhattan for the United States, April 10, in the interests of the ORT.
