The appointment of Dr. Mordecai Hacohen as special consultant was announced by Saul Kagan, president of the American Bank and Trust Company here. Dr. Hacohen, a native of Vienna, served in senior positions with the Government of Palestine and the Israel Foreign Affairs Ministry. Until recently he was director general of the Ozar Hatorah, an American Jewish religious educational organization operating overseas.
