Dr. Joseph A. Rosen, head of the Agro-joint, left for the United States.
Dr. Rosen, who is accompanied by Mr. Grover, one of his assistants, it was stated here, will present the plan of an agro-industrial bank which is to be created with the $10,000,000 fund of American Jews. Important modifications of the proposed agreement with the Soviet authorities are expected to be made.
