Levenberg, Jewish Agency representative in London, has rejected an invitation from the West German Social Democratic Party to attend its forthcoming party congress in Dortmund as a representative of the Socialist International, stated that the time was not yet opportune for a representative of Jewish labor to accept such an invitation.
