Dr. S. O. Levinson, assistant professor of pathology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and assistant in research at the Municipal Tuberculosis Sanitarium of Chicago, was one of the seven experts appointed coroner’s physicians by Dr. Herman Bundesen, Cook County’s first physician coroner in seventy years. Dr. Levinson is considered one of the most skilled post mortem practicioners in Chicago.
