Dr. Herman Sanders, well known Netherlands attorney who represented Dutchmen seeking indemnification for securities stolen from them during the Nazi occupation of Holland, died here yesterday. He was 71. Dr. Sanders was at one time president of the Ashkenazi community of Rotterdam.
