Dr. Chaim Weizmann, addressing a meeting of the Joint Palestine Appeal Emergency Campaign in which $400,000 was raised, said that he was convinced that the differences between the Jews and the Arabs in Palestine and the Arab states will be resolved. The time will come,” he stated, “when Arabs and Jews will meet on common economic and cultural grounds.”
He also said that it would be in the interest of Great Britain and the state if restoration of good relation between the two could be achieved.
